Worth the drive
Straight answers
No. Every office takes walk-ins Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Calling ahead is still worth it if you are driving a distance — someone can tell you exactly what paperwork to bring so you are not making the trip twice.
Your ID, your Social Security number or ITIN, and whatever you have documenting your four years of experience — pay stubs, tax returns, contracts, letters from employers. If you are not sure what counts, come in anyway and we will tell you what will hold up.

No. The courses are online and the paperwork can be handled entirely by phone and email. Plenty of our students never set foot in an office. The offices exist for people who would rather do it in person.
